"ONCRUISE" DISCOUNT TERMS

 

Offer Description

The "ONCRUISE" offer grants a 10% discount on the room rate to guests who have a cruise departing from Civitavecchia within 7 days after checkout.


The discount is only valid for bookings made through our official website www.dolcevitacivitavecchia.it using the code "ONCRUISE", or by phone.

 

Requirements to Obtain the Discount

To qualify for the discount, the guest must:

  • Have a cruise departing from Civitavecchia within 7 days after the room checkout date.
  • Enter the "ONCRUISE" code when booking online or request it by phone.
  • Pay the total amount in cash at check-in, covering the full booking price or the remaining balance if a deposit was previously made.
  • Provide cruise documentation (boarding tickets or booking confirmation) by email to info@dolcevitacivitavecchia.it and present the original document at the reception upon check-in.

 

Application Conditions

  • The discount applies only if at least one guest registered in the room reservation is also listed in the cruise booking or tickets and actually stays at the property.
  • If the cruise departure date is more than 7 days after checkout, the discount will be canceled, and the standard rate will apply.
  • If the provided booking details are incorrect or incomplete, the discount will be revoked at check-in.

 

Promotion Validity

This promotion applies only to stays between May 1 and August 31, 2026, subject to availability. The offer may be modified or canceled at any time without prior notice.

 

Combination with Other Offers

The "ONCRUISE" discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or benefits, unless explicitly stated by the property. 

 

Modifications and Cancellations

The property reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer without prior notice due to operational needs or internal policy updates.

 

Liability and Acceptance

The property is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the details provided by the guest regarding the cruise booking or discount request.

 

Important Note on Cancellations

Bookings made using the "ONCRUISE" code are non-refundable. In case of cancellation by the guest or no-show, no refund will be issued, and the amount paid cannot be reused. Cancellations or no-shows are not attributable to La Dolce Vita Civitavecchia.
